E-Stim Micro ElectroSound
A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by the folks at E-Stim who asked if I’d be interested in reviewing any of their products, and being that I’ve enjoyed Electrosex toys before I was quick to say yes. I requested this impressive metal beast of a butt plug that they call the Torpedo, and when they sent it over they were kind enough to include some other goodies too, in the form of their “Intro2Electro for Him” kit, and a Micro Urethral Sound.
Once I had the Sound positioned to my liking I turned on the power unit and got that familiar tingling sensation I’m so fond of all through the head of my penis. What’s interesting about the EBox Series 1 unit is that it features more of an analogue design compared to the previous power unit that I’m familiar with. Everything is controlled by knobs and dials rather than buttons, and this actually makes it quite fun to play around with. There are three basic modes to choose from “Pulse” “Continuous” and “Manual”. The best place to start is probably with “Continuous” and with this selected you can then manipulate the strength of the electrical supply using the “Output Level” knob. Slowly cranking up this dial takes it from a mild tingling sensation in the penis to something that feels almost like a vibration. It’s very easy to use the knob to increase the output gradually to give yourself a chance to get used to it and enjoy the more intense sensations as you work up to them. It’s also easy to slip and go a little higher than you wanted to and then have to quickly turn it back down again. The next mode to try is “Pulse” and with this selected you’ll feel a steady series of pulses of electricity at whatever power level you’re currently set to. Using the “Pulse Rate” dial you can adjust the frequency of the pulses, depending on if you want something slow and soothing or something really quite rapid. This is probably my favourite mode as it seems to deliver more sensation when there’s a break in the supply, rather than a constant flow. You can play around with the dial and have a few rapid pulses followed by a few slower ones. There’s also another dial labelled “Pulse Feel” which goes from Soft to Hard, and you can also play around with this whilst in Pulse mode. It allows you to adjust how forceful each Pulse feels within your given power setting, whether you want the pulse to feel like a sharp jolt each time, or something more gentle. The final mode “Manual” works in conjunction with a button labelled “Fire”, and the power supply only flows when this button is depressed, allowing you to customise your own rhythm of pulses. It all gives you a nice flexible array of options to choose from during your play session.
My thanks to E-Stim for sending me the Micro Sound. It’s available directly from them, and look out for my review of the Torpedo next!

ElectraStim Urethral Sound
Today I’m going to be looking at a product which combines two things which each alone seem to terrify the uninitiated, that is urethral sounding and electro play. That’s right, if you’ve ever wondered what it might feel like to insert a metal rod into your penis and hook it up to an electrical supply then you’ve come to the right place! Before you start crossing your legs and frantically clicking the “back” button on your browser I have to tell you that it really isn’t as scary as you’re imagining. It is after all a sex toy, and sex toys are about pleasure, not medieval torture devices, so while it may seem like the extreme end of S&M it couldn’t be further from that.
Smooth and Deep Penis Plug
I was the accidental recipient of this penis plug the other day, and while I had offered to return it the very fine people at UberKinky told me that I could keep it, so I felt the least I could do would be to write a review for it. I’m rather fond of how the bead matches the other one, and it makes it interesting to compare the two.
When it comes to using the plug you will need a lubricant, and a specialist sterile lube such as Very Deep or Surgilube is recommended as a safety precaution. The rounded tip helps it to slide nice and easily into the meatus and down the urethra, and while the feeling may seem slightly unusual at first you won’t experience any discomfort. After around 1 1/2″ of the plug have been inserted you may begin to notice some slight resistance as the urethra leaves the spongy tissue of the glans and flattens out against the shaft. As the plug isn’t tapered you want to take the next step slowly, and with a little gentle, continuous, pressure the rest of the plug will slide steadily down into the penis, until all that can be seen is the end protruding from the head. Looking at the penis like this, with the ring and its bead, it’s possible to imagine for a moment what it might be like to have a piercing there.
There are a variety of ways to enjoy using the plug while it’s inserted, and the first would be just to masturbate while it’s there. This can make for an interesting sensation as you can feel the firm metal rod in there when you touch the outside of the penis, and it provides internal stimulation as you squeeze. Often in the course of this the plug will start to slide out of the penis, requiring you to stop and push it back in, and the metal ring also tends to jangle around a bit in the process. Another way is to slowly slide the plug in and out of the penis, which is an unusual yet strangely enjoyable sensation. You don’t experience the different points of stimulation like you do with the Undulating plug, but the increased thickness overall gives the urethra a much fuller feeling which is pleasurable in its own right. Probably the final way to use it is to hold a vibrator to the end and allow the vibrations to pass through it and travel deep into the penis, though I had less luck with this as mine was too powerful and just bounced off the surface.
Most of the time you will be inserting the plug into the penis while it’s erect, but that’s not to say it can’t be enjoyed while the penis is flaccid if this is desired. You can even go from hard to soft, or soft to hard while the plug is inserted if you play around with it for a bit. The plug is better suited for wearing in an extended capacity as the opening to the urethra will sit at the narrow hourglass-shaped point, helping to hold the plug inside the penis for longer. The effect of this is somewhat limited though as there is no ring of muscle at the tip of the penis to securely grab onto anything, so over time it will gradually work its own way out. It is feasible that you could attempt to strap the ring to something in an effort to keep it in place more permanently.
The packaging for the plug is fairly simplistic, but that’s fine by me as it keeps costs down and means less to throw away. The plug comes inside a small zip-lock bag, which in turn is wrapped up in bubble wrap to protect it during transit, but when you take it out and see the quality of the product you realise that it wouldn’t look amiss inside a small wooden box, or a leather slip case, so that’s an idea for long term storage.
Undulating Penis Plug
This week I’ve been busily inserting more foreign objects into my urethra, thanks to my new friends over at UberKinky who generously sent me a couple of penis plugs to test out for them. It’s not as alarming as it sounds so check out the review below to learn more.

After around 1 1/2″ of the plug has been inserted you may begin to notice some slight resistance, at this point the bulge at the centre of the plug will be resting against the end of the penis poised to make entry, so it can be a good time to take a brief pause. With a little gentle, continuous, pressure the rest of the plug will slide slowly down into the penis, until all that can be seen is the stopper protruding from the end. Looking at the penis like this, with the ring and its bead, it’s possible to imagine for a moment what it might be like to have a piercing there.

Another way is to slowly slide the plug in and out of the penis, and the shape of it makes it especially suited for this. The width of the tip and the wide section in the middle of the body provide two distinct points which can be felt moving around inside the urethra. This is an interesting sensation, and pleasurable in an unconventional sort of way. You can position it so that the central bulge emerges completely from the end of the penis, while at the same time the tip of the plug is stimulating lower down. This moving expansion of the urethra almost feels similar to when the last of a large quantity of ejaculate drips out after an orgasm. Probably the final way to use it is to hold a vibrator to the end and allow the vibrations to pass through it and travel deep into the penis, though I had less luck with this as mine was too powerful and just bounced off the surface.
